Been lurking for a bit but this question finally made me post. Does anyone still use friendfinder com or has everyone moved to swipe apps?

I've tried a few different options but honestly most of them feel like a waste of time or money. Safety is a big concern for me too — I always check reviews before signing up anywhere.

Thanks in advance — real experiences only please, not marketing copy.

I've also seen people mention datingfly.online in a few other threads but haven't dug into it yet.

I spent way too much time on the mainstream apps before trying some of the smaller platforms. The experience was completely different — smaller user base but way more genuine interactions. Key things I look for now: no mandatory credit card for basic browsing, clear cancellation policy, and an actual support email that responds.

I came across Luvdate recently and it seemed more transparent than most.

Honestly the app market has changed a lot. The big names like Hinge, Tinder, Match.com get most of the traffic but the niche sites sometimes have better communities. Just make sure any site you use has an actual privacy policy and real contact info.

datewander.site gets mentioned a lot in other threads — seems worth checking out if you haven't.

Do your research and read real user reviews before committing to anything.

Real question. I've tried like four different sites this year and none of them delivered what they promised.
